    The test sieve (standard sieve, sample sieve, and sleeve sieve) is divided into wire woven mesh test sieve, metal perforated plate test sieve, and electronic-forming test sieve according to the material of sieve surface.

 

     The wire woven mesh test screen was produced by using the national standard GB/T6003.1-2012. The mesh has a basic size of 2.36mm-0.02mm, conforms to the international standard IS003310-1:1990 R20/3 R20 R40/3 series, and the material of screen is stainless steel.

     The metal perforated plate test adopts the national standard GB/T6003.2-1997, which conforms to the international standard IS03310-2:1990 R20/3 R20 R40/3 series, the screen is made of stainless steel. The electronic-forming test screen uses national standards, with a mesh accuracy of ±2 microns and a finest mesh size of 5 microns.

Usage


1. The standard test screen should be placed horizontally.
    1) Confirm the power supply and nameplate requirements, and ensure that grounding;
    2) The vibrating part cannot contact with other objects;
    3) Make sure the bolts of each part are fastened.
2. Standard test screen determine the standard screen frame to be selected according to the inspected materials and corresponding standards.
3. The standard screen frame should be stacked on the base of the screen frame from bottom to top.
4. Standard test screen put the inspected material into the standard screen frame at the upper end, cover the top cover of the standard screen, adjust the height of the lever according to the total height of the standard screen frame, and then position and press the standard screen frame with the pressure plate and lock nut (note: both sides should be applied with the same force).
5. The standard test screen shall set the running time on the timer according to the material nature and feeding amount, and then turn on the power switch, and the standard test screen shall start to work.
6. After the work stops, unscrew the lock nut, remove the platen and carefully remove the standard screen frame.
7. Turn off the power.
