Introduction
Flexible screw conveyor has steel screw blade inside, it is one kind of bulk grain conveyor adopt the pneumatic and motor power for truck loading and grain elevator purpose.
With the feature of small cubage and easy to carry, it is universally used by the family farm. It is mainly applied for collecting of wheat, corn, paddy, cereal, and any other similar granules etc. With single phase motor power, it can loading the large capacity with low energy consumption and easy to use at home.
Specifications
Diam100, 160,200,250,315,400,500,630,800,1000,1250mm length is from 4m to 70m , every 8.5m is first gearl, when the length is more than 35m, it adopt to double-end drive. When select the model, it should conform to the standard nominal length, and can propose the special needs separately.
Characteristics of Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor (hereinafter referred to as screw conveyor) has novel structure and advanced technical indicators. Head and tail bearings move to the outside of the housing.
The intermediate suspension bearings adopt two kinds of rolling and moving interchangeable structures, both of which have dust-proof sealing devices. The discharging end is equipped with a cleaning device with low noise, strong adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible layout of import and export.
Application
LS screw conveyor of transporting material requirements: powdery, granular and small block material, such as the cement, coal dust, grain, fertilizer, ash residue, and sand and so on.
The material temperature shall not exceed 200 ℃, and the screw conveyor is unfavorable to delivery perishable, big viscous and easy to agglomerate material. Because these material will be bond in the screws when conveying, and then rotate not moving forward, or in the suspension bearing place form material product plug and make the screw machine can't work normally
Working Principle
Inclined screw conveyor feeder is mainly consisted of drive motor, screw, conveying pipe, feeding hopper, support frame and control panel. In the operation, materials (powder or small granule products) are fed into the hopper. With the rotation of screw, materials are conveyed to a certain height and length.
Inclined screw conveyor feeder is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry for conveying powder and small granule products.
