The model consists of a transmission mechanism, a horizontal cylinder, a coulter and a flying knife. The material moves convectively along the wall of the cylinder under the action of the coulter.
When the material flows through the flying knife, it is thrown by the high-speed rotating flying knife, so that uniform mixing can be achieved in a short time. It can satisfy most complex processes such as solid-liquid mixing, wet granulation and drying.

|Driving Parts||The coulter shaft is driven by the coupler after the motor (main motor) speed variation is realized through the belt pulley and reducer. The flying blades are driven directly by the motor (secondary motor).|
|Horizontal Vessel||The horizontal vessel is made of rolled steel plate; it has to meet the sealing requirement for all the connection, so that it is ensured that the equipment can operate under a micro pressure or micro negative micro pressure.|
|Coulter||The plough are installed on the main shaft via the support arm, which is normally welded onto the main shaft directly.|
The flying blades are made of several blades. The shaft of the flying blades adopts several multiple-function sealing structures to effectively prevent powder from entering the bearing. The flying blades can be omitted if it is not required by the user.
With the work of plough, the raw materials inside the vessel splash in the main direction of the normal line on both sides of the plough while making peripheral and axial movement. When flowing through the flying blades, the materials are projected fiercely by the flying blades rotating at a high speed. Under the combined action of the plough and the flying blades, the materials remain in continuous convection, dispersion and agitation to have a good mixing effect in a very short period of time.

Horizontal plough mixer consists of drive disk assembly, agitator, round-shape cylinder, high-speed fly-cutter. The plough not only disperses materials along axial direction during high speed rotation, but drives the materials flow in circles around the cylinder wall, which settles the stratification efficiently.
At the same time, fly-cutter rotates in high speed to smash the agglomeration. With the combined action of plough and fly-cutter, materials can be fully mixer in short period.
